Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions of sale and delivery apply to all orders unless otherwise agreed in writing.
§ 1 Acceptance of Orders
Acceptance of orders is subject to force majeure, insufficient sales of the ordered items, or failure of suppliers to deliver. A delivery contract is deemed concluded only upon the vendor’s written order confirmation. Should no satisfactory credit information on the purchaser be available, the vendor reserves the right—even after order confirmation—to decline the order.
§ 2 Delivery Time
The agreed delivery dates apply. Upon expiry of the delivery period, a subsequent delivery period of 12 working days commences automatically without any further declaration. After expiry of this subsequent delivery period, the contract shall be deemed rescinded, and claims for damages are excluded. Rescission does not occur if the purchaser declares during the subsequent delivery period that he insists on fulfillment of the contract. Prior to expiry of the subsequent delivery period, claims by the purchaser due to delayed delivery are excluded. The vendor shall be released from the delivery obligation if, upon the vendor’s inquiry during the subsequent delivery period, the purchaser fails to declare whether he insists on performance of the contract. In cases of force majeure, labor disputes, or other operational disruptions not caused by fault, the delivery period shall automatically be extended by the duration of the hindrance.
§ 3 Notice of Defects
The purchaser must inspect the received goods for completeness, transport damage, and condition. Notice of defects must be submitted to the vendor in writing no later than eight days after receipt of the goods. Minor, technically unavoidable deviations in quality, color, weight, dimensions, or design shall not be grounds for complaint and do not entitle the purchaser to compensation or return of goods. Partial deliveries do not entitle the purchaser to cancel the remaining order. Any complaint must be made in writing and contain a precise description of the defects. The complaint must be accepted by the vendor before goods are returned. In the case of a justified notice of defects, the vendor is entitled to either remedy the defect or deliver defect-free replacement goods within 12 working days after receipt of the returned goods.
§ 4 Payment
Prices include the applicable statutory VAT, which will be shown separately on the invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are issued on the day of delivery or provision of the goods. Until full payment of all due invoice amounts including interest, the vendor is not obligated to make any further deliveries under ongoing contracts. The right to claim damages for default remains reserved. In the event of payment delay by the purchaser, or imminent inability to pay, or other significant deterioration of the purchaser’s financial situation, the vendor may demand cash payment in advance for any outstanding deliveries, withdraw from the contract, or claim damages. The goods remain the property of the vendor until full payment of all claims arising from deliveries of goods from the entire business relationship—including ancillary claims, damage compensation, and the honoring of checks and bills of exchange.
§ 5 Place of Performance, Delivery, and Acceptance
The place of performance for all deliveries is the location of the vendor’s business establishment. Delivery is ex works in Germany. A delivery notice can be agreed upon. In the case of delivery from an external warehouse, a flat-rate storage fee may be charged. The cost of special packaging is borne by the purchaser. If acceptance of the goods does not occur on time due to the purchaser’s fault, the vendor is entitled, after setting a grace period of 12 days, either to issue an invoice for the outstanding amount, withdraw from the contract, or claim damages.
§ 6 Shipping
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Customers will receive an email confirmation and, once shipped, a tracking link. Most orders ship from Germany via DHL; some products may ship from other European countries.
Estimated delivery times:
- Germany: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 1–2 weeks
- International: 2–3 weeks
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Import duties and local taxes are the customer’s responsibility. Refusal to pay these fees will cancel the order; shipping and customs costs will be deducted from any refund.
§ 7 Returns
Returns are possible within 30 days after purchase date. To return or exchange an item, customers must use the contact form with their order number. Return instructions are sent after approval. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are issued upon receipt of the returned goods and cover only the cost of the products. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
§ 8 Resale
The resale of products is prohibited without prior written agreement from the vendor.
